The implementation of an internal Xero Champion will allow your firm to have the education and resources to become self-sufficient in the Xero
cloud accounting world.

One day introduction to Xero. Employee will learn the resources available to become a Xero Champion for their office and receive a plan to bring their firm into the Xero cloud accounting world.
Day one will be the same as the Bronze Package. Day two will consist of implementing a proper firm Xero HQ database of clients and staff members and help identifying existing clients to convert to cloud accounting.
Day one will consist of Xero Certification training. Day two will consist of Xero HQ database management. Day three will consist of training in converting existing clients to Xero. Day four will consist of how Xero can increase bookkeeping department and year-end efficiencies and a review of the most popular 3rd party apps. Day five will consist of ways the firm can implement event marketing, communicate Xero added value services to clients and a review of available resources.
*Depending on the province the firm may qualify for the recovery of two-thirds of the cost through the Canada-Provincial Job Grant.

The most popular package. Will result in the implementation of an internal Xero Champion, a proper Xero HQ database, ability for firm to provide Xero and 3rd party app consulting to existing clients, be able to market Xero and 3rd party apps to existing and new clients as value added services, and convert clients from other software providers to Xero. The Xero Champion will have the training and resources to allow the firm to become self-sufficient in the Xero cloud accounting world.
Similar to the Gold Package but designed for larger firms to bring in employees from multiple offices to a central location. Package can be designed to include guest speakers from the firms' national office and potentially Xero or 3rd party app providers.
*All employees must be from same province for firm to qualify for the recovery of costs through the Canada-Provincial Job Grant.
